I first tried curry back around 2008. The explosion of flavor and aroma of so many spices I had never tried before blew my mind. It is one of the most unique and aromatic flavors throughout the culinary world. Yet, making a good curry at home has eluded me…until now. I have refused to settle for a cheap substitute, so we went to the master to learn what makes a good curry.
