Biscuit Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 TBS Fine Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 5 TBS Butter (refridgerated)
- 1 Cup Buttermilk or Whole Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450º
- Whisk together Flour, Salt, Sugar, and Baking Powder in a Large Mixing Bowl
- Cut butter into small ¼” cubes and add to flour mixture
- Add buttermilk (or Whole Milk) and use your hand or a wooden spoon to mix together until shaggy and barely holding together
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured CLEAN counter or cutting board and knead a few times until it forms a ball
- Roll or press into a ¾”-1” thick sheet
- Cut into 2-3” circles (I usually use a measuring Cup for this)
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until tops are lightly brown (8-12 minutes)

- 1lb Ground Pork (you can substitute any ground meat but a little fat content will help make a better gravy)
- 3-4 TBS Timbo’s Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
- ¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Cups Whole Milk
Instructions:
- Add the ground Pork to a large, deep skillet over Medium heat
