Southwest Pork & Rib Rub

Growing up in Arizona, my cooking has always had a Southwestern influence. No matter what I cook, I gravitate towards spices, like smoky chilies, paprika, garlic, onion, coriander, and Mexican oregano. We add all those spices and more to create a sweet and savory rub with a mild touch of heat, that is perfect for all types of BBQ
