Making beer can chicken is my favorite way to cook a whole chicken. It’s really easy and you end up with the juiciest chicken inside and perfectly seasoned, crispy skin on the outside. Which beer you say? I use Hefeweizen but if you don’t have one available any lager will do. This rub is my favorite for chicken on the grill or smoker but don’t let me yourself.
