Coffee Rub

Featuring Peixoto Coffee, this delectable rub can be used generously on all types of protein and cooked on your grill or smoker. There is no sugar in this one so you won't have to worry about it burning on high heat. Blended with freshly ground spices and chiles this rub packs a punch of flavor and is not very spicy. Our favorite as been smothering it on a whole chicken and smoking it.
