Our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning captures the authentic origins of this flavor by using real Scotch Bonnet peppers found in the Caribbean alongside freshly ground Allspice and an assortment of other herbs and aromatics. Put this on all meat, fish, rice, or my favorite, Fried Rice!
