Timbo-Rashi is our take on the traditional Shichimi Togarashi, sometimes referred to as "Japanese Seven Spice".

It is bold and aromatic with a punch of heat, umami, and zesty citrus notes. Try sprinkled over rice, noodles, grilled meats, and vegetables.
