Bourbon Smoked Peppercorns

We take half-cracked black peppercorns and slow smoke them over retired whiskey barrel staves. The result is a smoky, oaky, and peppery concoction that pairs wonderfully with BBQ’d meats. Or throw it in a pepper mill and grind over your favorite foods for
a serious punch of flavor and mild heat.
